Having joined Adirondack Wealth Management in 2002, Michael is responsible for the portfolio management of personal trusts, employee benefit and investment management accounts. He is a graduate of the College of Saint Rose, with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance, and a graduate of the New York Bankers Trust Investment School.

John Conroe is making a difference in the lives of our clients by offering expert guidance in financial planning, and investment management of trusts, personal accounts and retirement plans. He joined Adirondack Wealth Management in 2002, and has extensive experience in financial services, from retail banking and lending, to trust and investment services. Prior to joining Adirondack, John was employed by an investment management group in Glens Falls. He is a graduate of SUNY Cortland with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Management Science, has attained the prestigious Certified Financial Planner designation, and is an Accredited Fiduciary Investment Manager.

With his extensive investment management experience, Christopher Rose partners with our clients to ensure they are on the path to a solid financial future. Christopher joined the Adirondack Trust Company in 2014, and manages the investments of many different kinds of investment accounts including personal trusts, employee benefit and institutional accounts. Prior to joining Adirondack Trust, Christopher was employed with other area banks. He is a graduate of St. Bonaventure University, with a Bachelor of Arts in History. He also received his MBA in Finance in 2002 from the College of St. Rose. Christopher is involved in the local community and is currently the Treasurer of the Catie Hoch Foundation and a member of the Board of Directors for the French and Indian War Society at Lake George. Chris is also a member of the Finance Committee for the Pitney Meadows Community Farm.

Kimberly Gallo empowers our clients to reach their goals with her astute guidance. Kimberly joined the Adirondack Trust Company in 2012 and is responsible for the administration of personal trust and individual management accounts. Before joining Adirondack Trust, she was employed by a law firm in Glens Falls. Kimberly graduated summa cum laude from the State University of New York at Albany, with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, and she graduated cum laude from Brooklyn Law School.
Assistant Treasurer and Fiduciary Advisor
Doug Bleyl joined Adirondack Trust Company in 2000. He has significant banking experience, which includes 13 years of Trust Auditing and Administration. Doug is a graduate of Fulton Montgomery Community College and the New York Bankers Trust and Estate Administration schools. He completed Trust Administration and Risk Management schools with the Cannon Financial Institute.
Assistant Treasurer and Retirement Plan Advisor
Alicia Butler delivers exceptional service to our customers in her role as the administrator of retirement plans, pension plans, and individual retirement account clients. She has a wealth of banking experience, having held various positions in accounting, collections and trust departments. Alicia joined Adirondack Trust in December 2002 from a bank in Glens Falls. She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of The State of New York Regents College, two associate’s degrees from Adirondack Community College and has completed numerous courses with the American Institute of Banking and the New York Bankers Association.
Assistant Treasurer and IRA Advisor
Caroline Putman is responsible for the administration of the Individual Retirement Accounts in the Trust Department. She began her career at Adirondack Trust in 1982 as a seasonal teller, quickly earning a reputation for going the extra mile for our customers. Caroline worked in Treasury from 1987 to 1994, during which she passed the CPA exam, and returned in 2014 to work in Audit, before joining the Trust Department in 2016. In addition to her exemplary service at Adirondack Trust, Caroline has worked for over 15 years in financial services and human resources for other companies. She makes her community a better place through her numerous volunteer efforts, including serving as Chair of the Advisory Committee of The Adirondack Trust Community Fund, as a committee member for the One Walk Saratoga, and as treasurer for multiple sporting teams. While living in California, she served on the board for the National Charity League, Rancho Irvine Chapter. Caroline earned her Bachelor of Arts from Dartmouth College and her MS in Accounting from NYU Stern.
