Tellers: Full and Part-Time positions. Experience not required for entry level Tellers. Cash handling experience preferred. Advanced placement available with appropriate experience. 2 weeks of paid Teller training provided.
Adirondack Trust Insurance:
Commercial Lines Marketing Specialist/Account Executive: Offers critical support to producers & account managers in the underwriting, placing & servicing of complex accounts. Position provides high level technical perspectives working in support of the sales and service team. In this position you will offer creative marketing solutions for both new business prospects and renewals, develop relationships and negotiate terms and conditions with underwriters and brokers.
Minimum of seven(7) years of related insurance agency marketing/account executive experience or three (3) years as a commercial middle market property & casualty underwriter. Ability to work in a fastpaced environment when the number of files, complexity of accounts and timeline demands change daily. Experience with financial analysis, analysis of claims & safety reports; understanding of underwriting processes within multiple insurance companies. Strong communicator with persuasive skills; organized, self-motivated & task oriented. Must have a team oriented personality, dispostion and skills.
Commercial Lines Account Manager: Position offers critical suppoprt to producers & account executives in the daily transactional servicing of commercial lines clients. Delivers high level technical & personal service to the agency's clients while working alongside the sales & marketing team. Essential functions include making changes to existing accounts, meeting delivery standards and performing essential functions following the quality & service standards developed by the agency. May occasionally accompany Sales Executive/Account Executive on client meetings as requested.
Minimum of five (5) years of related insurance agency account manager experience. Ability to communicate orally and in writing with others to explain complex issues, receive and interpret complex information and respond promptly and appropriately. Understanding of rating and endorsement processes and company portals within multiple insurance companies. Ability to work in a fastpaced environment when the number of files, complexity of accounts and timeline demands change daily. Strong communicator with a team oriented personality and skills; organized, self-motivated and task oriented.
