Ms. Ives joined the Adirondack Trust Company in 2010 and is responsible for the overall management of the Residential Mortgage Department. Ms. Ives has recently relocated from Dallas, Texas where she has had over 17 years of  banking and residential mortgage lending experience. She owned her own boutique mortgage company and during that time hosted a mortgage lending radio talk show before joining the Adirondack Trust Company. Ms. Ives recently was selected for the 2012 class of Leadership Saratoga. Past volunteer work includes Habitat for Humanity, ASPCA and other charitable non-profit and fundraising initiatives. Ms. Ives is a graduate of Creighton University where she played Division I softball on a full athletic scholarship.

Mr. Robertson joined The Adirondack Trust Company in 1997 and is responsible for assisting with the overall management of the Residential Mortgage Department. Mr. Roberston has over thirty years of banking experience and over twenty years of residential mortgage lending experience. He started his career with a local bank after graduating from Albany Business College and continued his banking career in the area before joining The Adirondack Trust Company. Mr Roberston serves as a volunteer for the Shelters of Saratoga and the Alzheimer's Association of the Northeastern New York.

Ms. Cipriano joined the Adirondack Trust Company in 2010. She is responsible    for helping customers better understand the mortgage process and provides customized loan solutions to help meet their goals. She has been in banking for 5 years and has lived in Saratoga for her entire life. Courtney has volunteered for afterschool programs at local elementary schools as well as local food drives. She is currently working on completing her degree in finance.

Mr. Murphy joined The Adirondack Trust Company in 2012 and has been in the mortgage industry for 15 years. He is responsible for understanding the customer’s needs, helping them understand the process, and recommending the best mortgage product based on those needs. He is originally from the Albany area and has lived in Saratoga Springs for 20 years. Rick has volunteered with Habitat for Humanity and the March of Dimes and is a member of the Mortgage Bankers Association and Womens Council of Realtors.
