Fees: There is a $25 fee to open a Health Savings Account. A $4 monthly maintenance fee will be charged to your account if you choose to receive your monthly statements by mail. The statement fee will be reduced to $2 if you choose to receive your statements via the Internet using our Online Statement as part of our WebWise® Mobile & Online Banking facility.
