Stephan von Schenk, Executive Vice President, Commercial Lending

Mr. von Schenk joined The Adirondack Trust Company in 2004. He serves as the Executive Vice President for all lending activities in the bank. He has over twenty years of commercial lending experience working with hundreds of different businesses. Steve currently serves as a board member for the Saratoga Hospital Foundation. He is also a board member of the Statewide Zone Capital Corporation and recently completed serving on the board of the Saratoga Springs Youth Orchestra. Steve is an avid runner and has completed sixteen marathons, including three for the Leukemia Society.


Kathie L. Duncan, Regional President, North Country Region

Mrs. Duncan joined The Adirondack Trust Company in 2007 as Regional President of our North Country Region. She is a native of the Glens Falls area and worked as a Senior Vice President of Commercial Lending at a local bank for 28 years. Mrs. Duncan is a graduate of Siena College and the Stonier School of Banking. She is involved in numerous community organizations including the Glens Falls Hospital Foundation (Board Member); the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (Board member and fund raising committee); Community, Work and Independence (Board and Finance Committee); and the Adirondack Regional Chamber of Commerce (Finance Committee). She serves as team administrator for youth baseball in Queensbury and is an active member of the Glens Falls YMCA.


Michael O'Connell, Vice President & Team Leader, Commercial Lending

Mr. O'Connell joined The Adirondack Trust Company in 2007 as Vice President and Team Leader. He has nearly twenty years of commercial Lending experience. Mike is a graduate of Siena College. He currently serves on the board of directors for the Glens Falls Family YMCA. Mike has recently served for over ten years as board member for Big Brothers, Big Sisters of the Southern Adirondacks.




Lucile Lucas, Vice President, Commercial Lending

Ms. Lucas joined The Adirondack Trust Company in 1989 as a Vice President in the Commercial Lending Department. She has over twenty-five years experience in commercial lending. Ms. Lucas serves as President-Elect of the Board of Trustees of the Saratoga Independent School and as a board member of the Saratoga Springs Universal Preservation Hall and the Leadership Saratoga Alumni Association. She is a graduate of Middlebury College and received her MBA from New York University. Ms. Lucas is also a graduate of the American Bankers Association Stonier Graduate School of Banking.


Kelley Peluso, Vice President, Commercial Lending

Ms. Peluso joined The Adirondack Trust Company in 1989 as a credit analyst. She currently serves as a commercial lender with over ten years of lending experience. Ms. Peluso is a graduate of the University of Connecticut and received her MBA from the College of Saint Rose. Ms. Peluso serves on the board of the YMCA of Saratoga as 2nd Vice President and coaches recreational softball with the Old Saratoga Athletic Association and soccer in the Town of Saratoga.



Edward Hart, Vice President, Commercial Lending

Mr. Hart has over fifteen years of banking experience and joined The Adirondack Trust Company as a commercial lending officer in 2004. He currently serves as a treasurer for the Saratoga Economic Opportunity Council.






Stewart Hatch, Vice President, Commercial Lending


Mr. Hatch joined The Adirondack Trust Company in 2004. He serves as a commercial lender and has over thirty years of commercial lending experience. He has been active with several area not-for-profit organizations and community loan funds. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of The Franklin Community Center in Saratoga Springs.



Andrew Ferrara, Assistant Vice President, Commercial Lending


Mr. Ferrara joined The Adirondack Trust Company in 2002. He currently serves as a commercial lending officer for the bank and on the board of directors for The Franklin Community Center in Saratoga Springs. In addition, Mr. Ferrara is actively involved with the Saratoga Springs Rotary Club. He is a graduate of the University at Buffalo with a Bachelor of Science and Union Graduate College with an MBA.



Michael Murray, Assistant Vice President, Commercial Lending


Mr. Murray joined the Adirondack Trust Company in 2009 as an Assistant Vice President in the Commercial Lending Department.  He is a graduate of the College of Saint Rose and currently serves on the board of Junior Achievement of Northeastern NY, as Chair of the Adirondack Region Steering Committee. He is also actively involved with the Tri-County United Way, and is a 2009 graduate of ARCC Leadership Program.
