Eugene Quirk, Senior Vice President - Insurance

Mr. Quirk, is President of Adirondack Trust Company Financial Services Inc., a wholly owned insurance agency subsidiary of the Trust Company. He joined Adirondack Trust after 18 years with The Hartford Insurance Group in underwriting and management. Prior to that, Mr. Quirk played professional baseball for 6 years in the New York Mets and San Diego Padres organizations.



Andrew Wise, Vice President - Insurance

Mr. Wise joined The Adirondack Trust Company in 2004 and is responsible
for Operations, Sales and Financials of Adirondack Trust Insurance. A
graduate of the Boston University School of Management, Mr. Wise has
been a licensed Property & Casualty Broker for 18 years. Mr. Wise is currently a board member and treasurer of Transitional Services Association, Inc. of Saratoga Springs, he is also a member of the Saratoga Springs Lions Club and coaches Saratoga youth girls basketball.

Matthew D'Abate, Assistant Vice President - Insurance

Mr. D'Abate joined the Adirondack Trust Company in
1996 and is responsible for commercial lines sales and marketing in the
Insurance Division. Mr. D'Abate was hired as a management trainee in
retail banking and held a variety of management positions within the
branch system. After managing the Milton Office for two years, Matt
moved to the insurance division in 2003. Matt is a graduate of Skidmore
College and attained his MBA at Union College.

James Flynn, Assistant Vice President - Insurance

Mr. Flynn joined the Insurance Division of the Adirondack Trust Company in 2004 and is a member of the Employee Benefits sales team. After a 12 year career with three Wall Street firms, Jim moved to Saratoga Springs in 1994 and works with customers in the field of Employee Benefits. Jim attained his MBA from C.W Post in 1992. Jim is involved in youth activities in the community. He is currently President of the Children's Museum of Saratoga Springs and coaches with Saratoga American Little League baseball association and is an active volunteer with the Saratoga Youth Hockey, Inc.

Philip Klein, Assistant Vice President - Insurance

Mr. Klein has been in the Employee Benefits field for over 30 years, having
experience both with carriers and with group benefit administrators.






Jasper (Jay) Shupe, Assistant Vice President - Insurance

Mr. Shupe joined the Insurance Division of The Adirondack Trust Company in 2004 and manages the Commercial Lines service staff. A graduate of Union College, where he also served as Director of Admissions, Jay has been a licensed Property & Casualty Broker for 15 years.
