A home equity line of credit allows you to borrow against the equity in your home for any purpose at any time, simply by writing a check. Plus you pay interest only on the amount you borrow. Depending on your need one of these solutions may be just right for you.
The Annual Percentage Rate (APR) is accurate as of 2/01/15 and is subject to change without notice. An example of a $10,000 loan at 2.99% APR with a five-year term would have 60 monthly payments of $179.64. An example of a $10,000 loan at 3.99% APR with a ten-year term would have 120 monthly payments of $101.20. An example of a $10,000 loan at 4.99% APR with a fifteen-year term would have 180 monthly payments of $79.03. Loan to value ratio cannot exceed 80%. Minimum loan amount is $7,500.
