John M. Fullerton, Senior Vice President and Trust Officer Mr. Fullerton joined The Adirondack Trust Company in 2000 and is responsible for the overall management of the Trust Department. In this capacity, Mr. Fullerton oversees the Trust department’s investment, administrative and operation functions. Mr. Fullerton has over thirty (30) years experience in the financial services industry. He began his career with Merrill Lynch as an account executive. Prior to joining The Adirondack Trust Company Mr. Fullerton was employed for eighteen years at a local bank and at various times he managed the Trust Department, Retail Banking Services, and Private Banking Services. |

D. Robert Scribner, Vice President and Investment Officer Mr. Scribner manages both institutional and individual portfolios in the Trust Department. He joined The Adirondack Trust Company in February 2002. Previously, Mr. Scribner was the senior trust investment officer at a bank in Schenectady, where he was employed for sixteen years. Prior to his career in Banking, Mr. Scribner was an assistant professor at Murray State University, where he earned both his Bachelors and Masters degrees. |

Michael Brodt, Vice President and Investment Officer Mr. Brodt joined The Adirondack Trust Company in January 2002, and is responsible for the portfolio management of Personal Trusts, Employee Benefit and Investment Management accounts. Mr. Brodt has over 13 years investment management experience. Mr. Brodt is a graduate of The College of Saint Rose with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Finance, and a graduate of the New York Bankers Trust Investment School. |

John P. Barry, Assistant Vice-President and Trust Development Officer Mr. Barry began his trust career in 1988 with a bank in Glens Falls. For many years he was involved in education in the Glens Falls area, serving as a teacher and administrator. Previous to assuming his duties related to business development in the trust field, Mr. Barry was a Special Agent for the Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Company specializing in Life/Disability Insurance and Financial Planning. Prior to joining Adirondack Trust Company, he oversaw trust business development for a bank in Troy, NY. He is a graduate of Saint Bonaventure University with a Bachelor of Arts degree. |

Conroe, AFIM, Assistant Vice President and Investment Officer Mr. Conroe comes to The Adirondack Trust Company with over 20 years of experience in financial services, from retail banking and lending, to trust and investment services. Mr. Conroe is responsible for the portfolio management of personal trusts and investment management accounts, as well as the management of the Glens Falls office. Before joining The Adirondack Trust Company, he was employed by an investment management group in Glens Falls. Mr. Conroe is a graduate of SUNY at Cortland with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Management Science, and has attained the Accredited Fiduciary Investment Manager designation from The Cannon Financial Institute. |

Linda A. Watters, CRSP, Assistant Treasurer, Employee Benefit Administrator Ms. Watters is responsible for the administration of Employee Benefit Plan, Pension Plan, institutional client and Individual Retirement Account clients at The Adirondack Trust Company. Ms. Watters’ experience in the Trust and Employee Benefit fields spans over 30 years. Ms. Watters has attained the Certified Retirement Services Professional (CRSP) designation from the Institute of Certified Bankers. Ms. Watters holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the State University of New York, College at Oswego. |

Doug Bleyl, Assistant Treasurer and Trust Officer Mr. Bleyl joined The Adirondack Trust Company in October 2000. Mr. Bleyl has over 28 years of banking experience, which includes 13 years of Trust Auditing and Administration. He is a graduate of Fulton Montgomery Community College and the New York Bankers Trust and Estate Administration schools. Kathy Cifrino, Assistant Treasurer and Trust Administrator Mrs. Cifrino has been employed by The Adirondack Trust Company since August 1997. She previously held positions in the branch division and bookkeeping department before joining the trust department in 2000. Mrs. Cifrino is currently responsible for the administration of personal trust and individual management accounts. Mrs. Cifrino has completed courses with The New York Bankers Trust & Estate Administration School. |

Ms Butler has over 13 years of banking experience. She has held various positions in accounting, collections and trust departments. Ms Butler joined The Adirondack Trust Company in December 2002 from a bank in Glens Falls. Ms. Butler holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of The State of New York Regents College, two associates degrees from Adirondack Community College and has completed numerous courses with American Institute of Banking and New York Bankers Association. |
